Mental Health Therapist (M.Couns.)

Hi, I'm Janet G. My training and valuable experience as a counsellor, teacher and mother of three enable me to connect and work well with students, adults and mothers who are experiencing challenges relating to

  • stress (school/work/parenting)

  • self-esteem

  • anxiety and depression

  • relationships (friendship, parent-child, dating, marital issues)

What are your fees and what payment modes do you accept?

  • Initial Phone Consultation: Free

  • Online Session (50 min): $100 

  • In-Person Session (50 min): $140 

  • Payment Modes: PayNow or Bank Transfer (SGD)

What are your working hours and where are you located at?

  • 10am to 9pm daily by appointment only

  • In-person sessions are conducted in a comfortable and private therapy room located near Clarke Quay

  • We are currently not accepting any new clients until September 2022.

How many sessions do I need?

  • Therapy is a process that requires time, commitment, effort, and resources. As each case is unique, the frequency and number of sessions will depend on your needs, progress and goals.

  • Rest assured that our therapist will be working closely together with you to assess and address your concerns. We also welcome regular feedback from our clients. To find out more, book a free initial consultation today!

Late, Cancellation, No-show Policy

  • It is recommended to arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to get the full benefit from your session, which will end as per scheduled.

  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you're unable to attend an in-person session, you can meet us online.
